Main Muscle Worked: Shoulders
Take hold of a dumbbell on each hand and sit on an inclined bench.
Bend your elbows and lift the dumbbells until they’re above your shoulders. Lean back and keep your posture as you do this.
Extend your arms upward. Remember to keep your arms straight and locked. This is your starting position.
Raise your shoulders while keeping your arms straight. Pause for a moment.
Slowly get back to your starting position.
