in Shoulders Exercise
Main Muscle Worked: Shoulders
Take hold of a dumbbell in each hand and stand up straight.
Slightly bend your knees and lean your body forward. Let your arms hang while holding the dumbbells. Remember to keep your back straight all throughout this exercise. This is your starting position.
Simultaneously lift the dumbbells up. Do this by moving your shoulders to your back and bending your elbows outwards. Continue to lift as much as you can then pause.
Slowly lower down the dumbbells until you’re back to your starting position. Keep the dumbbells under control and your back straight as you do this.
Repeat until the recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
