Dumbbell Shrugs - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Stand upright with your arms at both sides as you hold heavy dumbbells in each hand.

Step 2

Raise your shoulders as high as you can as if you’re making your shoulders touch your ears.

Step 3

Once your shoulders are at the top, hold it for a moment then slowly release and lower it down back to your starting position. It’s important that you move only your shoulders for better results.
