Main Muscle Worked: Abs
Begin by standing up straight with your right hand on your waist, and your left hand holding a dumbbell with palm facing your torso. Position your feet at shoulder width.
Bend at your waist to the right as far as you can, and keep your head up and your back straight. Pause for a second and return to the starting position while you exhale, keeping your body still.
Repeat Step 2 to your left, and hold for a second before returning to the starting position.
Repeat the suggested number of repetitions and then change hands.
