in Quadriceps Exercise
Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Stand up straight while holding a dumbbell in each hand and a flat bench on your back. Your feet must be shoulder-width away from each other and arms resting by your sides. Your toes must be pointing out, head up, and back straight. This is your starting position.
Slowly lower your torso by bending your knees as you maintain a straight posture with your head up. Continue down until you slightly touch the bench behind you. Your knees should make an imaginary straight line with the toes that is perpendicular to the front.
Raise your torso as you breathe out by pushing the floor with your heels as you straighten your legs and go back to your starting position.
Repeat until the recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
