Dumbbell Squat To Shoulder Press - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Take hold of a dumbbell in each hand and stand up straight. Keep your chest up and back straight.

Step 2

Clean the dumbbells to your shoulders. Your elbows should be pointing forward and your palms are facing each other. This is your starting position.

Step 3

While keeping your current posture, do a squatting position. Descend for as far as you can while keeping your back straight.

Step 4

Once you’ve descended to your limit, pause for a moment.

Step 5

Immediately return to a standing position by extending your knees and hips.

Step 6

Once you’re already standing, lift the dumbbells overhead by extending your arms.

Step 7

Once the dumbbells are at the top, slowly get back to your starting position.
