Elbow Circles - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Sit on a bench or stand up straight. Your feet should be slightly away from each other.

Step 2

Place your fingertips or hands on your shoulders. Your elbows should be pointing out and at shoulder level.

Step 3

Slowly make circles with your elbows. Complete as many circles as you can.

Step 4

Exhale as you start the circle and inhale as you complete it.
