Elbow to Knee - Exercise Guide

Step 1

1Lie down on the floor and cross your right leg across your bent left knee while gripping your hands behind your head. Start by placing your shoulder blades on the ground.

Step 2

Flex your spine and rotate your torso, and bring your left elbow to your right knee.

Step 3

Go back to the starting position and repeat the steps accordingly before switching sides.
