Main Muscle Worked: Biceps
Hold an E-Z Curl Bar with both hands at the outer handles. Your palms should face forward and must be slightly tilted inward.
Stand up straight with your elbows close to your upper body. This is your starting position.
Curl the bar upwards to contract your biceps. Keep your upper arms stationary and only your forearms should move. Exhale as you do this. Continue until the bar is at shoulder level.
Pause for a moment and squeeze your biceps.
Slowly lower the bar until you’re back to your starting position. Keep your upper arms steady and only your forearms should move. Inhale as you execute this movement.
Repeat until recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
