Take hold of the handles of a high pulley.
Stand straight and keep your arms extended. This is your starting position.
Pull the handles toward your face. Make sure to move your hands away from each other as you do so. Continue until it almost touches your face.
Hold your position for a moment, release, and slowly get back to your starting position.
