Farmer’s Walk - Exercise Guide

Step 1

You can use a variety of implements for this exercise. You can use either heavy dumbbells or short barbells if you have no access to implements.
Stand in between two implements.

Step 2

Hold the handles in each hand.

Step 3

Lift them up and stand straight. Keep your back straight and head up all throughout this exercise.

Step 4

Walk forward while taking short and quick steps. Breathe normally as you do this.

Step 5

Continue walking forward for around 50-100 feet as fast as you can.
