Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Stand up straight with your feet close together, arms resting by your sides and elbows slightly bent. This is your starting position.
Jump your feet out to your sides as you allow your elbows to swing out slightly.
After that, immediately reverse your movement by jumping your feet back and your elbows back to your sides. You should be back to your starting position at the end of this movement.
