Main Muscle Worked: Abductors
Do a crawling position with only your hands, knees, and toes touching the floor. Keep your back straight. This is your starting position.
Move one of your knees to your side. Do this until your thigh is parallel to the floor.
Pause for a moment then slowly lower you knee down until you’re back to your starting position.
Complete your repetitions then do the same movement on the other side.
