in Chest Exercise
Main Muscle Worked: Chest
Place a flat bench between two floor-level pulleys and lie on it.
Grasp a handle in each hand and bring your hands together above you at arm’s length. Make sure that your palms are facing each other.
Release your current position and slowly lower your arms to both sides as if you’re making a semicircle. Continue lowering down your arms until your pectoral muscles are fully stretched. You have the option to bend your elbows a little to lessen the stress.
Bring your hands together again toward the starting position. The sweeping movement should be done like you’re giving a big hug.
Note: You can opt to pause or continue immediately once you’re back to the starting position. Cross your arms over each other during each repetition in an alternate manner to maximize the contraction of your pectoral muscles.
