in Biceps Exercise
Main Muscle Worked: Biceps
Hold a dumbbell in each hand and sit on an inclined bench. The inclined bench should be setup at 45 degrees.
Let your arms hang down on your sides, with the elbows in, and turn the palm of your hands forward with the thumbs pointing away from the body. This is your starting position.
Curl up the two dumbbells at the same time while you breathe out until your biceps are fully contracted.
Pause for a moment then lower the dumbbells until you’re back to your starting position. Inhale as you do this.
Repeat until the recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
