Main Muscle Worked: Chest
Attach a dual-handled chain or rope to the sled.
Face away from the sled and hold a handle in each hand.
Stand up straight.
Raise the handles until they’re at shoulder level. Your elbows should be bent and pointing downward. This is your starting position.
Take one step forward. After that, lean forward and press your arms to your front. Continue until your arms are fully extended and they’re parallel to the floor.
Take another step with your other foot as you go back to your starting position.
