in Quadriceps Exercise
Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width away from each other and arms crossed over your chest. Keep your head and chest up and back straight. This is your starting position.
Proceed into a squatting position by bending your hips and knees at the same time. Inhale as you do this. Continue to descend until your upper thighs are parallel or lower to the floor.
Once you’re at the bottom of your movement, immediately jump straight up by extending your hips and knees as quick as you can. Exhale as you do this.
Once your feet have landed on the floor, immediately proceed into a squatting position then jump immediately after that.
Repeat until the recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
