Front Dumbbell Raise - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Hold a dumbbell in each hand.

Step 2

Stand up straight and extend your arms downward and on front of your thighs. Your palms should be facing your thighs. This is your starting position.

Step 3

Raise one of your arms in an arc motion. Keep your arm straight as you do this.

Step 4

Once your arm is at the top, lower it down until you’re back to your starting position.

Step 5

Raise your other arm in the same manner.

Step 6

Once your arm is at the top, lower it down until you’re back to your starting position.

Step 7

Continue raising your arms in an alternating manner.
