Main Muscle Worked: Shoulders
Hold a dumbbell on each hand.
Sit down on an inclined bench.
Extend your arms forward just over your thighs (around 1 inch). Your palms should be facing downwards. This is your starting position.
Raise the dumbbells in an arc motion. Continue until they’re slightly above your shoulders. Keep your arms straight as you do this.
Pause for a moment and slowly lower your arms back to your starting position.
