in Quadriceps Exercise
Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Hold two kettlebells by the handle in each hand.
Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width away from each other. Your head and chest should be up, back straight, and toes pointing out.
Clean the two kettlebells up all the way to your shoulders. Do this by pulling the kettlebells up as you extend through your legs and hips. Rotate your wrists as you do this. This is your starting position.
Squat down by bending your hips and knees at the same time. Push your knees as you descend. Once you’re at the bottom, your elbows should be between your thighs.
Pause for a moment then slowly go up by extending your hips and knees at the same time. Continue until you’re back to your starting position.
Rise back up by driving through your heels and repeat.
