Front Two-Dumbbell Raise - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Hold a dumbbell on each hand.

Step 2

Stand up straight and extend your arms to the front of your thighs. Your palms should be facing your body. Keep your arms and back straight. This is your starting position.

Step 3

Lift the dumbbells in an arc motion. Keep your arms straight and your palms face down. Continue until your arms are slightly over your shoulders.

Step 4

Pause for a moment and slowly lower your arms back to your starting position.
