Full Range-Of-Motion Lat Pulldown - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Grab each stirrup cables with your opposing hands and palms facing away from you while seated upright (or standing).

Step 2

Pull the handles down as you turn your hands so that your palms are facing each other when you complete the movement.

Step 3

Go back to your previous position. Repeat accordingly.
