Step 1
Jump and hold onto a pull-up bar with an underhand grip. Your hands should be shoulder width apart.
Step 2
Push your chest out and lean back as you hang from the bar with arms fully extended. This is the starting position.
Step 3
Lift yourself towards the bar with your spine arched and your head pushed back as far you can as you exhale.
Step 4
Continue pulling yourself up until your collarbone goes over the bar and your sternum touches it. Pause for a second before returning to the starting position by lowering yourself and fully extending your elbows.
Step 5
Inhale as you slowly go down. Complete the recommended number of reps.
