Main Muscle Worked: Back
Assume a narrow stance, with a bar resting on the back of your shoulders. You should be holding the bar with a wide grip and with palms facing forward. Your body should be straight and knees locked. This is your staring position.
Without bending your knees, bend your torso until it is parallel to the floor. Keep your head up and your back straight as you perform this movement.
Pause briefly, then return to starting position.
