Groiners - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Do a pushup position on the floor. This is your starting position.

Step 2

With both legs, jump forward so that you land with your feet next to your hands. Your head should be up as you do this.

Step 3

Jump back to return to your starting position and immediately repeat the movement for 10-20 reps.
