Begin by gripping on pull-up bars with your knees hanging together, and your body upright.
Bend your hips and knees as you draw your legs up. Pull your knees up into one side, going above 90 degrees at your hips without making any sway.
Go back to the starting position and perform the movement to the other side, and carry on alternately until suggested number of repetitions is achieved.
