Step 1

Hold on to a chinning bar with a palm-forward grip. Use lifting straps to lessen the strain on your hands,.

Step 2

Swing your legs slowly up on to one side, using your serratus muscles to move. You’ll feel them stretch on one side and contract on the other.

Step 3

Slowly swing your legs back to the center then pause for a moment.

Step 4

Slowly swing your legs up to the other side.
