Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width away from each other. Keep your head and chest up and back straight. Don’t lock your hips and knees. This is your starting position.
Jump to the right with your knees slightly bent.
Next, reach down and toward the outside of your right foot with your left hand using the same motion. Do this same movement on your opposite side.
Repeat until the recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
