in Chest Exercise
Main Muscle Worked: Chest
Place an inclined bench between two floor level pulleys. Set it at a 45-degree angle.
Hold a handle in each hand. Sit on the inclined bench.
Extend your arms to your front and bring your hands together. Your arms should be perpendicular to your upper body with your elbows slightly bent. Make sure that your arms remain stationary all throughout this exercise. This is your starting position.
Lower your arms to your sides in an arc motion. Continue until you feel your chest muscles stretch. Inhale as you do this movement.
Raise your arms in an arc motion until you’re back to your starting position. Once at the top, squeeze your chest muscles for a second then exhale.
Repeat until the recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
