in Chest Exercise
Main Muscle Worked: Chest
Set an inclined bench at an angle not more than 30 degrees.
Hold a dumbbell in each hand and lie on the inclined bench.
Extend your arms to your front. Continue until they’re fully extended with your elbows slightly bent. Your arms should be perpendicular to your upper body at this point.
Twist your wrists so that your palms face you. Keep your arms straight and steady all throughout this exercise. This is your starting position.
As you breathe in, slowly lower your arms in an arc motion to your sides. Continue until you feel your chest muscles stretch. Twist your wrists as you do this movement so that your palms face the ceiling at the end of the movement.
Pause for a moment then slowly raise your arms in an arc motion until you’re back to your starting position. Twist your wrists as you do this so that your palms face you at the end of this movement. Make sure that only your shoulder joint and the wrist should move. There must be no motion at the elbow joint.
Repeat until the recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
