Incline Dumbbell Presses - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Lie back on an inclined bench with a dumbbell in each hand.

Step 2

Lift the dumbbells up until they’re almost at shoulder level. Hold the position.

Step 3

Twist your wrists inward until the dumbbells are in horizontally in line with each other.

Step 4

Lift the dumbbells straight up overhead.

Step 5

Lower them back to your starting position.
