Main Muscle Worked: Triceps
Stand up straight facing a Smith machine or a sturdy and elevated platform. The height should be just enough according to your height.
Place your hands on top of the platform or bar.
Take a few steps to the back while keeping your hands in place. Keep your arms and body straight. This is your starting position.
Lower your chest towards the barbell or platform by bending your arms to your sides. Keep your body straight as you do this.
Pause for a moment then slowly lift your body by extending your elbows. Keep your body straight as you do this. Continue until you’re back to your starting position.
