Main Muscle Worked: Chest
You’ll need a sturdy box around 12 inches in height and 2 thick mats or aerobic steps for this exercise.
Position the two steps just outside your shoulders while the box is at your feet.
Place your feet on top of the box so that you are in an incline pushup position. Keep your body straight all throughout this exercise. This is your starting position.
Lower your body by bending your elbows to your sides. Continue until your chest almost touches the floor.
Quickly push yourself up. As you do this, use the momentum to place your hands on top of the steps.
Bend your elbows again to lower your body. Continue until your chest is almost at the same height as the steps.
Quickly push yourself up. As you do this, use the momentum to place your hands off the steps and back to your starting position.
