Isometric Neck Exercise – Front And Back - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Stand up straight with your head and neck in a neutral position.

Step 2

Place your hands on your forehead.

Step 3

Push your hands forward as you contract your neck. Resist the push with your hands. Start slow and gradually increase the push as time goes on. Breathe normally as you do this. Continue for your preferred number of seconds.

Step 4

After that, release the hold slowly.

Step 5

Rest for a few seconds then place your hands at the back of your head and repeat.
