Main Muscle Worked: Neck
Stand up straight with your head and neck in a neutral position.
Place your hand on one side of your head.
Push your head towards the direction of your hand as you contract your neck. Resist the push with your hands. Start slow and gradually increase the push as time goes on. Breathe normally as you do this. Continue for your preferred number of seconds.
After that, release the hold slowly.
Rest for a few seconds then place your hand on the other side of your head and repeat.
