Jump Squat - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width away from each other and arms by your sides. Your head and chest should be up and back straight.

Step 2

Squat down by bending your hips and knees at the same time. Continue to descend until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Inhale as you do this.

Step 3

Pause for a moment then immediately jump straight up by extending your hips and knees at the same time. Exhale as you do this.

Step 4

Land on the floor by absorbing the impact with your legs. Do this by bending your legs once you’ve landed.
