Jumping Jacks - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width away from each other and arms by your sides. This is your starting position.

Step 2

Jump to your sides as you raise your arms above your head in an arc motion.

Step 3

Immediately go back to your starting position by reversing the steps.
