Kettlebell Figure 8 - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Place one kettlebell between your legs, and take a stance wider than shoulder girth. Stoop and push your butt out while keeping your back flat.

Step 2

Lift up a kettlebell and pass it to the other hand in between your legs. Make sure that the kettlebell is passed from behind the legs. Repeat until suggested repetition is attained.
