Kettlebell Pass Between The Legs - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Position one kettlebell between your legs in a comfortable posture. Bend over by pushing your butt out and keeping your back flat.

Step 2

Lift up a kettlebell and pass it to the other hand in between your legs in a letter “W” manner. Do the movement over again until the desired amount of repetitions is achieved.
