Stand up straight and hold a kettlebell with both hands.
Raise your arms until the kettlebell is in level with your waist. This is your starting position.
Turn your body to one side. Swing the kettlebell overhead as you turn. Pause for a moment.
Go back to your starting position.
Turn your body to the other side while swinging the kettlebell overhead.
