Kettlebell Seesaw Press - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Take hold of a kettlebell in each hand.

Step 2

Clean them all the way up to shoulder level. This is your starting position.

Step 3

Extend one of your arms overhead. Continue until your arm is fully extended upwards.

Step 4

Go back to your starting position. As you do this, immediately raise your other arm overhead.

Step 5

Continue raising your arms in alternate manner.
