Grab the rings with a false grip. The base of your palms should be on top of the rings.
Slightly swing your legs backward then swing them upward as you pull your body up using your arms. Your head and chest should simultaneously move back as you swing your legs and lift your body up.
When you’re at the top, place the rings close to your armpits and rotate your shoulders forward. This permits the elbows to extend from behind.
Next, push your body up by fully extending your elbows to lockout. Performing this movement takes control and stability.
Slowly and carefully lower . yourself back to the ground.
