Kneeling Cable Crunch With Alternating Oblique Twists - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Connect a rope attached to a high pulley cable and position a mat on the floor in front of it.

Step 2

Grasp the rope with both hands and bend on your knees for about two feet from the tower.

Step 3

Set the rope at the back of your head and your hands by your ears.

Step 4

Compress your abs and pull downward on the rope while twisting until your elbows reach your knees keeping your hands in the same place.

Step 5

Pause for a second at the bottom as you rise up in a slow and controlled motion until you get back to your original position.
