Kneeling Forearm Stretch - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Kneel on the floor with your palms touching the floor and fingers pointing back to the direction of your knees.

Step 2

Slowly lean your body back while keeping your palms flat on the floor. Continue until you feel your wrists and forearms stretch.

Step 3

Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds.
