Attach a rope to a pulley that’s higher than you after selecting the right weight.
Hold the rope in front of you with fully extended arms as you kneel a couple of feet away from the pulley.
Pull the rope towards your upper chest by drawing your shoulder blades together and bending your elbows.
Hold the position for a second, then return to your initial position.
