Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Do a half kneeling position on the floor. Your kneeling knee must be bent at 90 degrees and your back leg is extended to your back. The top of your back foot must be touching the floor.
Shift your weight towards your forward foot until you feel a stretch on your hip. Hold this stretch for 15 seconds.
Release then switch legs and repeat.
