Begin by selecting the correct weight and attaching a single handle to a high pulley.
Hold the cable with one hand and arm fully extended as you kneel in front of the machine. Your palms should be facing forward. This is the starting position.
Bend your elbow and draw your shoulder blade inwards as you pull the cable towards you. Turn your wrist as you perform the step so that your palms will be facing you at the end of the movement.
Hold for a second then go back to your initial position.
