Main Muscle Worked: Abductors
Do a half squat position facing 90 degrees from your direction of travel.
Allow your dominant leg to do a countermovement inward as you shift your weight to the outside leg.
Push off and extend immediately as you attempt to bound to the side as far as you can.
Push off immediately upon landing in the opposite side to return to your starting position.
Continue back and forth until recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
