Main Muscle Worked: Abductors
Place a short box on the floor. Stand next to it. This is your starting position.
Bend your knees to do a quarter squat then immediately reverse direction to jump up to the side.
Make sure your knees are high enough so you can land safely on the box.
Jump down on the center of the box.
Carefully jump down to the other side of the box, and continue performing this action back and forth until desired amount of repetitions is achieved.
