Main Muscle Worked: Abductors
Place a number of cones on the floor. They should be setup in a row and several feet apart from each other.
Stand next to the end of the cones. This is your starting position.
Bend your knees and immediately reverse direction to push off the ground, jumping up and sideways over the row of cones.
Continue to jump until you reach the end of the row then repeat as desired.
